CosMedical, a plastic surgery practice in Paramus, New Jersey, began this message board about 8 years ago. It was done as a service to our patients to be able to communicate one-on-one, patient to patient, about their thoughts regarding the operation and ways of improving their preoperative and post operative care and expectations. It was also a wonderful support mechanism for patients.

In the last several years we have performed well over 650 of these operations with an extremely high success and satisfaction rate.
