What is 1150cc's equivalent to in pounds, grams? something I can visualize

cc's=cubic centimeters which is mililiters (ml)

1150 ml=1.15 liters. 1 liters is around 1 quart.

1150 ml is also just under 5 cups (4.86 cups).
