So I had a major scare this morning. I decided to take a shower since it'd been over 48 hours and I had been feeling really good. I left a sports bra on to support my breasts, but I took the abdominal binder off cause I didn't want to get it wet. A few minutes into the shower I started feeling really light-headed and the next thing I knew, I was waking up on the bathroom floor. I'd completely passed out. I assume it was because I took the binder off for the first time(?) So now I'm scared to ever take it off again anytime soon. For those of you who had breast reduction/lipo, how long did you wear the binders for? Today is Saturday and I need to go back to work on Tuesday so I'm trying to determine if it's realistic to think I can stop wearing the binders and just wear Spanx or something as of Tuesday. Any thoughts?
