I was wondering these questions about SBR
1. If you are planning on having children, how long should you wait after having a baby before you have this surgery?
2. Has there been anyone who have been able to use SC State Health plan (insurance) to pay for this surgery?

I guess the amount of time to wait after you have a baby depends on the reasons why you want to wait until after pregnancy to have the surgery.
I had my surgery before getting pregnant and I was so glad that I did. Pregnancy makes your boobs even bigger and I was so glad that when they got bigger it was back up to near my old size and not 2 sizes even bigger than that. They did eventually go back down after I delivered to their postsurgery/prepregnancy size and I was able to breastfeed.
Sorry no info on the insurance question.
