Micro incisional SBR???

Hey Eveyrone
I am planning to schedule a SBR with Dr. Baxt and I have been reading these posts to try to get a the info I can. I came across a post about micro - incisional and I do not understand what it means. When I went in for my consultation this was not mentioned to me as an option? Does that mean scarring? If so then I would not be interested any ways but would be nice to know my options.
