Hello all, i'm a 38ddd or a 36G those are sizes of the bra's I have. My Breast are really heavy & full they hang pretty low. My question is what happens to the excess skin after you have the procedure? Does it tighten up over time?

Yes - once the weight has been removed from the breasts the areola (dark part surrounding the nipple) and skin will shrink dramatically which gives some elevation to your nipple. The operation will provide a slight lift in most patients, but the amount of lift is determined by the patients elastic skin characteristics, not skin removal. This surgery will not replace the traditional breast reduction.
