I have hated my breasts since the tender age of 11. I am 5'8" and approximately 131 lbs and my breasts are way too big for my frame. I would love to be a cup or cup and a half smaller. Is SBR for me? I have three small children and am petrified of the traditional surgery (long anesthesia, risk of infection seems higher). I think Dr. Baxt sounds great but would require about a 4 hour trip. Any advice? Congratulations to those of you have completed the surgery. Thanks.

Hey, I was a D and downsized to a small C. See my post "Two Weeks Post-Op." I am 5'8" and weigh 140 lbs. If you're worried about traditional surgery, I would certainly recommend SBR. However, I can't claim that even two weeks later I would feel up to chasing around three young children. It's still a surgery, and running is uncomfortable. You will need your rest, even a couple of weeks after. Hope this helps a little.
