I had my SBR done last August. I saw results right away but then as time has passed I find the results are less obvious now. I also find that sometimes now my breasts feel really heavy and need to be supported just like they did right after the surgery. Yes, I do admit I am smaller but really not that much smaller. I was 38dd before surgery and now I around 36d....so one cup size smaller? I probably could have gotten that result from lots of diet and exercise.
Am I happy with results?

I think the amount that is removed depends on how much fat you had to begin with. Apparently, it is sometimes just glandular. It also depends on your age and weight.
I am 30 and am overweight (36 G cup size) so I am hoping to get a really good result. Did you do the surgery with Dr Baxt?

I went from wearing a 38dd bra to a 36d or 34dd, depending on the bra. I consider that to be a decrease of 2 sizes since the cups get smaller as the band gets smaller and my chest size has gone down by 2 inches from 42" to 40".
I'll admit that I was hoping for a 3 size decrease and was a little bit disappointed when I stopped getting smaller, but at least to me those 2 inches made a big difference. I can wear swimsuits and tank tops that I would never have worn previously. I still feel like I have big breasts, but I don't feel like I have huge breasts anymore. I would definitely do it all over again.
