I am thinking about sbr, (I´m 32E Uk size and completely out of proportion) I´m 29 and have been considering this procedure for the reasons of scarring and possibilities of breast feeding in the future etc.
The thing that worries me is the resulting shape after the procedure as I have noticed lots of people talking about an emptier look to the breasts. My PS also told me that my boobs would look the same as after a pregnancy after the procedure.
I accept that this a sacrifice that has to be made if you want this procedure- but I was wondering if there are varying degrees of it, (because I have done quite a bit of research on the internet and some women seem to have had much better results than others)
My boobs aren´t actually saggy at the moment and the skin is good apparently, so obviously i am a bit concerned about what I will end up with!
Any info would be much appreciated x x x

yeah i have looked at the before and after pictures on this website and various others. i noticed that some women really did end up with a smaller version of what they had before but some ended up with a much flatter looking chest.
What I was wondering was whether it is positive to have some kind of gauge as to how the end result will turn out. Depending on the make up of your breast before the surgery. the doctor I have spoken to didn´t seemt o think there would be although he has only done two sbr procedures himself.
I really am in two minds as to what to do. I only found out about sbr very recently and was so excited in the beginning as i´ve always been really self consciouss about my chest. I was always put off by the extremeness of traditional breast surgery so this seemed like the perfect solution. However after speaking to a ps inSpain (I am British living in Spain) I have been having second thoughts- the fact that he has only done two sbr procedures himself is a concern too.
There does seem to be an overwhelmingly positive response to the sbr on this forum which is fantastic to see, so I guess i will just have to do some more research and decide if its for me or not.

Hi Louise,
As far as I know there is no way of determining with any accuracy what the new bbs will look like, except that they won't be scarred, they'll be smaller than before, they will have a natural look, they won't re-grow, and the nipples will be perfectly intact
Older women whose bbs have begun to lose firmness and sag anyway seem to have a flatter appearance afterwards than younger ones, but maybe that's overly simplistic!
I would strongly suggest that you consult with Dr Baxt as he has just about more experience with SBR than any other surgeon anywhere - he knows what he is doing! I wouldn't trust my body and my bbs to the hands, and the knife, of someone who had only done a couple of the ops. Go for the 'digital consultation' Cosmedical offers. You send in your pics, and then Dr B will call you on the phone at his expense and answer all your questions.

Ok I will spill my secret and maybe it will help you and others.
I wanted a mans opinion on my reduction after SBR im 28 was a DD/DDD now a C. So I showed my ex (we are still friends) and he could not believe how much smaller they where. He said they look natural that he would not of had a clue but that he knew what they where like before. Says my next boyfriend wont think they look funny or wonder what happened to them like I worried, says the next wont know till i tell him.
SO YES THEY ARE NOT AS PERKY AS THEY WOULD BE WITH NORMAL REDUCTION BUT SBR WAS SO EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
