I am a 34J and 19 years old, I have very fair skin so the regular breast reduction surgery is not an option for me because of the scarring, I am looking into the scarless procedure but I am getting mixed information about the amount that can be removed?

If anyone knows that would be great, also if any one has heard stories of people around my age and size that have done it I am super interested because I can not find any!!
