I was scarred of the traditional method (didn’t want the scarring and was concerned about breast feeding as I want to have a family some day). I then looked into sbr. I am scarred about having the sbr (afraid of looking lumpy or deflated or uneven) I currently have full, even somewhat perky breasts. So, I figured I would try to lose some weight to see if my breast would shrink. I lost 10 pounds and I think 1 cup size. Does that mean I have more fat vs. glandular tissue? I am 26yrs old, 5'6 and weight 120lbs with a D cup. I literally look like a pencil with two huge melons. I would love to be a small C/ full B. I think that would look more natural on my body. I have back pain, can't really participate in sports and can't find a shirt that fits. I am completely frustrated. Any response on your thoughts would be appreciated!!
Is there anyone like me who has had sbr done?

If you would be upset if your breasts turned out somewhat saggy or with looser skin after SBR then dont get it done. Maybe wait until after having children and get a tradtional reduction/lift. I actually had SBR at age 23 and was also a stick with D cups. I now regret the surgery due to the lose of firmness and somewhat deflated look. It sounds like the most satisfied are the women who just want a reduction in size and weight and dont really care so much about sagging or cosmetic appearence.
