I'm currently 38DDD and sick to death of it. I CANNOT find a swimsuit to save my life. I guess I'm preaching to the choir here, huh?

I have a little girl who is 4 years old. She is VERY huggy which I love. I'm worried about having the surgery and not being able to hug her for a while. Is this a realistic concern?
