hi - i had sbr by doctor baxt almost two years ago. i went down from a size 32 ddd to a 34 d - i am very happy with my results - i was extremely nervous that when i would be pregnant my breasts would grow -however i am already almost 4 months pg and my breasts have not swelled or grew - is that normal? does it have anything to do with having the surgery?
also - should i expect to have my breasts grow when i start nursing even thought they havent grown while being pg?

I saw your post and have similar questions... I am 31 and have 32F cup. I am interested in a breast reduction but not sure if I should wait until after I have children because of possible stretching and loss of the ability to breast feed.
Any advice from your experience?

Many patients have gotten pregnant after the SBR and have breast feed without any problems.
