 Well, it is day 6 and I have to admit to some pain. I stopped taking the Tylenol last night, and the pain has been tolerable. Sometimes I have shooting pain in my breasts, but it doesn't last long at all. What REALLY hurts, especially if I have been sitting or lying down for a while....my waist and lower stomach. I think I said I had liposuction of the flanks, upper and lower stomach, waist...well when I wear the binder now, it hurts where my body is smaller (believe it or not) because that is where the binder folds! To combat that, I started putting the now never used Kotex at my waist and from my belly button down. It helps.

I have minimal bruising, only a little at the incision sites below, and hardly any on my breasts. I don't know how other people measure the lift, but visually, it looks fantastic!!!

I think I told you I had a problem wearing pants, because of the binders and the little bit of swelling left. Today I did a bad thing...I put on a full body girdle that I already had...and it was too tight when I bought it, so it was definitely working as a binder. But, and this was great...my pants are TOO BIG!!! Not that I am complaining, but I would suggest that if you are having lipo or SBR, keep your bigger clothes for a while, it makes life easier. When I got home, I took off the girdle and went back to the binders...OUCH!! They hurt. When I wear them, I find it hard to get up, lay down, etc. During the day, the only pain I have is in my tummy. I feel like I need to hold it up, LOL. My breasts are yellow...with just a little black/blue and ALL of the incisions are totally healing. I don't put anything on them, like gauze or bandaids, and they are scabbing (excuse spelling) over nicely. If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them.

I have a question: how in the world am I going to wear these binders for another week????

Simple. You do not have to. remember i said a few days and after that it is up to you. Some people will keep it on for months, but that is totally up to you. Sorry about the pants being too big already.

OK...and believe me, I am not complaining!!! And thanks for the information about the binder...the girdle works for me during the day so that is a relief! Everything still looks great, and better each day!
