I have scheduled a BR and lipo of flanks and abdomen in 3 weeks. I don't have a lot of time to research the best bras and abdominal binder. Can anyone help me with their experience?
Also, I'm an avid equestrian and would like to hear from others who had the procedure 'cause they were sick of bouncing in the saddle!
