I entered my previous post as Rider222, but I'm actually Rider22...as I said previously, my brain isn't working too well.
My breasts are still sore but not nearly as sore as I expected. Starting to itch, will use some lotion after this morning's shower. Put on an old sports bra and was thrilled that I didn't fill it out! Still using kotex pads for cushioning, but zero drainage today.
Mid section still very sore and bruised and I can only take the binder off to shower - it feels so much better to have it on. No more drainage and less black and blue.
Will report back in a few more days...very excited...

Now about 3 weeks since SBR - I have to say, I'm still very sore. Bruises have disappeared but I find I'm more comfortable with the compression garment over the sports bra. During the day I feel a constant throbbing ache, and it's pretty uncomfortable. Tylenol doesn't seem to help, so, after checking with the office, I'm switching to Advil. Massaging my breasts at night and I hope this will help.
It's strange; I feel smaller but my 34DD bras still fit me (that's what I started out as). I just don't pop out so much at the top. I was hoping to be closer to a C cup. I'm a bit disappointed; am hoping it's just the swelling which will go down in time. Will keep posting...

I was the same size you were and it has been 11 weeks since my surgery. Last week I experienced a lot of pain like it was in the first two weeks and then more shrinkage. So--since I am a bit ahead of you--I think the more pain you feel means more healing needs to be done and that you have a ways to go. I was sore for four weeks and then it stopped until last week. My bras JUST started to be too big.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Thanks for that... Since I'm going away for the winter, I made an appointment for a check up just to make sure I really am on the mend. My breasts are just so sore and tender - sharp pain even when I'm not moving around.
I also had body lipo and my skin feels like it's on fire, I'm really uncomfortable. Anybody have any suggestions of a cream to relieve this? I've tried several and none seem to make much difference.

Now 31 days post op...
still incredibly sore and my skin is still very sensitive. Saw Dr. Baxt last week and he said it was unusual that I was still having so much pain and discomfort (said I was one of the unlucky few - but I was on the mend)...he suggested I try Cayenne (capsasian) cream for the skin discomfort. Tried it and it just burned my skin, so I don't recommend it. I tried using aloe (straight from the plant). It felt really good when I massaged it in, and the burning subsided a bit. But as soon as I put clothes on, the burning started up again.
My breasts are still very sore (inside) and every slight movement makes them ache. So the only way I can feel better is to wear the binder - it just holds everything and prevents any movement. But I'm really getting tired of it. The good news is, I'm definitely smaller. I just don't know how much longer the pain will go on.
Hope this helps someone...
